Welcome to Fl.ow Down! By booking a session or engaging with coaching services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Scope of Service

Fl.ow Down provides nature-based, holistic coaching for teens and young adults. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy or medical treatment. Clients experiencing severe mental health issues should consult a licensed mental health professional. Coaching may be used in conjunction with, but not in place of, clinical treatment.

2. Confidentiality

Client confidentiality is respected and upheld in all sessions. However, please note that coaching is not bound by HIPAA, and any information shared will remain private unless:

• The client presents a danger to themselves or others
  

• There is suspected abuse of a minor or vulnerable individual
  

• Disclosure is required by law
  
  

3. Parental Consent

Clients under 18 must have written permission from a parent or guardian to participate in coaching services.

4. Client Responsibility

Clients are expected to arrive on time and participate with an open mind and willingness to engage. Coaching is a collaborative process, and results depend on each individual's effort, readiness, and follow-through.

5. Session Environment

All in-person sessions are held outdoors (beaches, nature parks, etc.). Clients are responsible for dressing appropriately for weather and bringing any necessary personal items (water, towel, etc.). Safety is always prioritized, and weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled.

6. Cancellations

• 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session without penalty.
  

• Cancellations made within 24–48 hours will be eligible for a 50% refund or partial credit toward a future session.
  

• No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full session fee.
  
  

7. Refunds

• Sessions are non-refundable once completed.
  

• If a session is canceled with proper notice (48+ hours), a full refund or session credit will be issued.
  

• Refunds for packages (e.g., 4-session bundles) will be prorated based on completed sessions, minus a $25 processing fee.
  

8. Weather-Related Cancellations

In the event of severe weather or unsafe outdoor conditions, sessions will be rescheduled at no cost to the client.
